Description

Ter Polymer (ZEELCHEM™ 7000) is a tri-polymer anti-scale dispersant that incorporates Carboxylate, sulfonate, and polyacrylate components. It is effective in environments characterized by high temperatures, elevated pH levels, significant hardness, and high alkalinity. This product exhibits excellent calcium tolerance and effectively inhibits the formation of calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, zinc scale, and ferric oxide. It can be combined with other water treatment chemicals such as polyphosphate, zinc salts, and organophosphates. When used alongside zinc salts, it enhances zinc stability and improves corrosion resistance in carbon steel. This product finds extensive application in water treatment systems across various industries, including steel and iron, petrochemicals, electric power, and oilfields.

Terpolymer Usage:

This product is utilized in cooling water systems, with the dosage depending on the quality of the water. Typically, the recommended dosage ranges from 5 to 10 mg/l. When applied as a dispersant, the appropriate amount should be established through experimentation.

Package and Storage:

Carboy of 65 Kg or Drum of 250 Kg. Keep in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

Safety and Protection:

Contains weak acid; prevent contact with skin and eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with water.
