Descriptions:
ZEELCHEM™ 3100 is a copolymer composed of acrylic acid and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid. This copolymer features both carboxylic and sulfonic acid groups, which contribute to its excellent scale inhibition and dispersion properties. As a result, ZEELCHEM™ 3100 demonstrates remarkable tolerance to calcium and effectively inhibits the formation of calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, and zinc scales. When combined with organophosphines, the synergistic effects become particularly pronounced. This product is particularly effective in high pH and alkaline water conditions, making it an ideal choice for scale inhibition and dispersion in high concentration applications.

Usage:
ZEELCHEM™ 3100 (Co Polymer of AA/AMPS) functions as a scale inhibitor and dispersant in open circulating cooling water systems, oilfield replenishment water systems, metallurgy applications, and iron & steel production facilities to inhibit the accumulation of ferric oxide. When used in conjunction with organo phosphonates and zinc salts, the ideal pH level is maintained between 7.0 and 9.5.
Package and Storage:
60 kg Carboy or 240 kg Drum. Maintain storage in a cool, dry, and shaded environment for one year.
Safety and Protection:
Viscous material, keep away from eyes and skin; in case of contact, wash immediately with water.
